Terms & Conditions

1- Our team at D2V are excited to be providing new and exciting 3D renders to our clients. We are confident with the level of professionalism, fortitude and detail which will be reflected in your project.

2- All works will be based upon the information provided by the client and any additional instructions given through any form of confirmed communication by both parties. Still Images which are ordered will be completed within 7 days from date of order and the initial deposit paid and has been confirmed into our account. An approximate 4 week timeframe completion for any visual animation due to its complexity and level of detail required. D2V will not be held responsible or accept any liability for any perceived los caused to the client as a result of any misrepresentation or for any delays which may occur / arise in the delivery of any renders ordered. D2V’s Liability to the client in any case of either breach or negligence is limited to the replacement value only for the proposed works. D2V is to be indemnified by the client for any or all claims which may form any unlawful use of material which had been supplied by the client in the production of the product and / or service.

3- The client is to acknowledge that prior to any commencement of work, an initial 40 % deposit is required and funds confirmed into the nominated D2V account. If the Client wishes to terminate the contract with D2V, the Initial 40% deposit paid will be kept and not refunded. The final images will not be provided until the remaining balance of the invoice has been made. The client may not use the either partial or complete renders until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full. During the revision working period, there will be a watermark over the render which is to indicate that the render is not final and cannot be replicated or used in any way. If there are any additional works which have been agreed by both parties, an additional fee may be applied to the final invoice for payment. D2V will complete all works required for the render from modelling, lighting and scene, texture, effects and presentation. Once the render has been completed, it will be proofed by the client for final approval and any errors will be addressed. If there are minor alterations to the render, no additional fee will be placed. However, if there are considerable changes which are requested, additional fee’s may need to be applied. Therefore, the final 60% invoice will need to be changed and added to the remaining balance for the additional work due to the clients alterations which will be specified on the final invoice. For any outstanding invoices, a courtesy reminder will be sent after 5 working days upon project completion. A surcharge of 2.5% will be added to every invoice which follows.

4- If Items of the total order made by the client cannot be completed or delayed due to the clients delay in providing information and / or unresponsive, D2V will suspend all works until sufficient communication has been established for works to commence. D2V will not take responsibility of such delays and not be held into account if deadlines are not met.

5- All working files are not included in the cost of works. D2V reserve all rights to not release the working files.

6- The Terms and conditions are acknowledged by the client when money transaction has been made in relation to the quote provided and with the required signature located on the bottom of the accompanied contract prior to works been agreed and commenced.
